Exeter Historic Building Trust (EHBT) exists to preserve for the benefit of the people of Exeter buildings and other structures in and around the city of particular beauty or of historic or architectural merit.

EHBT was founded in 1996 to rescue the former refectory wing of the 11th century Benedictine monastery of St Nicholas Priory.

EXETER SIEGE – A HERITAGE WEEKEND FOR OUR COMMUNITY – Saturday 3rd August to Tuesday 6th August 2019.  Travel back in time to the Siege of Exeter in 1549 with the Commotion Times re-enactors at St Nicholas Priory.  Step into our merchant family’s life and join us for weapons and armour demonstrations, talks, games, food and drink.  Over the course of the weekend there will be two lectures:
